Presentation Guidelines

• Prepare for 15 mins presentation + 10 mins discussion.
  • The problem they are trying to solve in the paper and why the problem is important should be clear in the presentation.
  • You should explain the key idea they used to solve the problem.
  • Most papers are landmark papers that have thousands of citations. Do some research on why this paper is important in the development of generative AI and discuss its impact.
• You will have to share slides with me 2 days before the presentation.
• Most papers are related to topics we already covered in the class. Try to tie the paper back to the class material in your presentation.
